The world renown America born Evangelist, Billy Graham died today at age 99. He was widely regarded as the most influential preacher of the 20th Century. In his lifetime, Graham was an adviser and prayer support to several American Presidents from Harry Truman to Barack Obama. His voice roared across nations of the earth for decades, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus. He preached to nearly 215 million live audiences spanning over 185 countries and territories through meetings such as BMS World Mission and Global World Mission. He also reached hundreds of millions via television, video, and online media.

Owing to his scandal-free life, Americans often rated Billy Graham topmost in the polls on the most-admired people. His stand against materialism, sexual immorality and hubris were known to all. He stood fiercely againt godless communinism, yet rebuked American elites of the pride of life.

Condolences have been pouring like winter sleet on all media since his spokesperson broke the news a couple of minutes ago. President Trump said he would be missed by Christians and all religions.

His son, Franklin Graham who has already been operating in the heavy anointing of the late Graham also issued a statement, extolling the virtue of the great man. In his words…

My father was once asked, “Where is Heaven?” He said, “Heaven is where Jesus is and I am going to Him soon!” This morning, he departed this world into eternal life in Heaven, prepared by the Lord Jesus Christ—the Savior of the world—whom he proclaimed for 80 years.

If you imagine that Billy graham was the greatest Evangelist after the Apostle Paul, I agree with you absolutely. Several awards and honors from every high places imaginable which were credited to him bear testimony. He was a hero to many Ministers, dead and alive. He was a close friend to the great Dr. Robert Schuler, founder of the Crystal cathedral. Billy Graham authored many best selling books. He bagged a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology 1943, got married to his fellow student Ruth Bell and they had five children. His wife had gone to be with the Lord in 2007.

When Billy graham was asked of what he’d like people to say about him after his departure, he said the person he’d like to say something at his departure is the Lord Himself. In his own words…"I want Him to say to me, ‘Well done good and faithful servant.’ "
