One thing that threatens productive thinking is the master editor in all of us. In order to develop a good idea, you have to generate a lot of them. This becomes possible by sidelining your internal voice of criticism and judgment. Once you kick-off a brainstorming session, ideas surface like rainfall on the earth. Do well to pen all of them down immediately, before attempting to screen them.

Time Perspective in Thinking

Think beyond the first phase of production. Think reproduction, continuous production, reselling, and sales expansion. You must be able to reproduce your product or service to standard. Your first set of customers should buy again and recommend the product to others. The longer the time you want to continue to sell, the better the quality of your process. Standardized process birth consistency and sustainability.

Develop Action Plan

Remember school time tables! Yes, that’s what action plan looks like. It’s a documented schedule of what to do per time. So develop action plan towards the actualization of your goals. This helps you to live with a sense of responsibility.

Take Action

Of what use is strategy and plan if you won’t act on it? All you’ve done so far is so that you can act maximally! That’s why you’re the Chief Executive. Every plan requires corresponding action, and action returns feedback. The cycle is only complete when you collect money for the product or service sold.
