The question we are asking is this, are we really prepared for the workplace and the kind of work the digital evolution is creating?
It is against this narrative and purpose that SyncAfrica have decided to bring up conversations on positioning Nigerian graduates, young professionals and the entire workforce on how to take advantage of this development.
The digital workforce conference is a gathering of experts in learning and development, H.R., digital technology and Nigerian graduates and young professionals to discuss some of these issues.
