CSE: An Unacceptable Dimension of Sex Education

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) is a right-based sex education approach for school children which promotes sexual rights to children at the expense of their sexual health. CSE is a violation of the health and innocence of children because it is explicit and promotes risky sexual behavior and promiscuity to children as normal, unlike the traditional sex education.

As a guest writer on this platform, I offer to serve you highly inspiring nuggets, straight from my heart. Make sure you don’t miss any of my posts!

CSE: An Unacceptable Dimension of Sex Education

Without doubt, the social freedom and quality of education obtainable in the western world is quite attractive and worthy of emulation. However, the penchant for un-bridled freedom which has led the advanced societies to a debased mindset and behavior is nothing but disgusting.

The bone of contention here is in the field of family life and human sexuality. It is no news that all manner of sexual pervasion which were once frowned at and regarded as maladjustment are now acceptable and approved of across the European Union countries and the United States of America.

This could have been barely bearable, had the proponents not sought to export their pervasive ideologies through some hidden political stratagem. Worse still is the ignominy of inculcating it in the curricula being taught to children right from the cradle.

A frightening dimension in this global wholesales of immorality is the act of compelling policy makers across the world to let-down their guard and promote the phenomenon in exchange for continuous aid or put up with ostracism.

The comprehensiveness in comprehensive sexuality education is nothing but an illusion as non of its modules touch on the emotional, psychological and physical health risks of promiscuous sexual activity. CSE is rather heavy on teaching children how to obtain sexual pleasure in various ways.

How CSE Harms Children

There are several controversial components of comprehensive sexuality education programs which are quite harmful to children’s mental, psychological, emotional, and family health life. Click here to see numerous examples which are direct excerpts from various CSE program manuals.

Unmasking the CSE Agenda

It is heartbreaking to note that global influential organizations are instrumental in the subtle promotion of CSE. They include International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), World Health Organization (WHO), UNAIDS, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNFPA, World Association of Girls Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) among others.

CSE is usually camouflaged with inoffensive terms like gender equality education, sexual and reproductive health education, human rights education and so on. All these are a ploy to manipulate and escape the attention of parents and guardians who are increasingly becoming aware of the explicit nature of the programs. In fact, its promoters are getting better at hiding the CSE’s identity as they manipulate government officials, legislatures, educators and opinion leader across Africa, either directly or through the United Nations platforms.

Of course, we are not unaware that sexual and reproductive healthcare services which can include family planning, sexual counselling, condoms, contraception, prevention and treatment of STIs and HIV/AIDS, pharmaceuticals, researches and so on are a highly lucrative, multi-billion dollar business. ‘Catching them young’, using CSE to reshape the sexual orientations of the world population from childhood is a sure strategy that would produce perpetual, trans-generational customers.

Sex education given to children as elucidated in a series written by Seyi Dipo – Sex Education Demystified – should be a matter of showing children the soundest path to thread and not teaching them to choose between the pleasure of sexuality or the pain of not choosing the pleasure carefully.

Children (persons under 18 years old, according to the United Nations convention) are not emotionally mature to make such judgment, more so, negative and unhealthy consequences of early or immoral sexuality are not included in CSE.

Governments and opinion leaders in our part of the world must shun the enticement of foreign aids in exchange for ideologies that erode our moral and cultural values, which serves the ulterior motives of the world’s capitalist powers. If we have responsible leadership and engender competent political and economic institutions, we will be self sufficient and seldom being hostages to dirty aids from unscrupulous elements of the world.

The United Nations and it’s agency should know that promoting ideologies that make perpetual customers of vulnerable nations is not sustainable. It is against the acclaimed global agenda for sustainable development. And you cannot bamboozle all of the people, all of the time!

All well meaning global communities in their varying capacities, corporate, individual, government or non-government, should stand firm against CSE. Take action now by signing the petition. or visit StopCSE.org for more enlightening resources.
